In spring 2015, we installed an all-new paint train in our paint shop.
The parts are automatically conveyed into the pre-treatment area.
There, they are degreased and a phosphate coating is applied.
Then they are automatically passed on to the drying oven.
After drying, the parts are supplied automatically to the spray cabin.
They are manually taken inside and painted electrostatically.
After painting, the parts are pulled further to the drying room where they are baked.
After the baking cycle, the parts are automatically conveyed to the unloading area.
Maximum weight of the parts = 500 kg.
Maximum sizes : 3000x1700x1000 (LxHxW)
